Nathon Putallaz Jr. is the co-founder and COO of HaulSaver, bringing a lifetime of hands-on experience across blue-collar work, side hustles, and operations-driven industries. From an early age, Nathon worked in farming, distribution, and construction—developing a deep respect for hard work, efficiency, and self-reliance. He later competed as a collegiate football athlete at Chadron State College and Colorado State University while studying business, sharpening both his discipline and leadership skills. After college, Nathon continued building real-world experience as a warehouse foreman, freight loader, and eventually finding his long-term home in the natural gas and oil & gas industry. Working a week-on/week-off schedule gave him firsthand exposure to the modern side-hustle economy—taking on jobs like moving, junk removal, handyman work, landscaping, and other on-demand services during his time off. Through those experiences, Nathon saw a consistent problem: side hustlers and small operators were forced to juggle multiple apps, expensive ads, poor communication tools, and platforms that didn’t respect their time or margins. HaulSaver was built to solve that problem.
Designed as an all-in-one, auction-style marketplace, HaulSaver connects people who need work done with the individuals and small businesses ready to do it—quickly, fairly, and transparently. Built with community, ease of access, and opportunity in mind, the platform helps operators save time, reduce overhead, and focus on what they do best.
Outside of work, Nathon enjoys spending time with his two dogs, working on his truck, and being outdoors—camping, fishing, and hunting—values that mirror the independence and grit behind HaulSaver’s mission.
